A slew of rationales exist for the lack of results when it comes to weight loss programs. One of the biggest reasons is the fact that the diet plans have nothing to do with real life. In fact, many of them make it frustrating or unthinkable to follow because they can not be conformed to ordinary life. While the diet is maintained, it is often possible to lose weight and keep it off, however, as soon as the person returns to an ordinary life and eating pattern the weight returns.
Even weight loss systems with maintenance programs are often too restrictive to be workable in the hectic schedules that have become commonplace for many people. The frustration felt leads to an increase in cortisol, a stress related weight hormone that causes the body to store fat. Stress in this instance throws the natural balance of hormones off and causes weight gain as a result.
Not everybody has the same balance however; usually, the body delivers certain hormones at certain times. Taking advantage of this schedule is one way that you can diet without having to worry about restrictive and expensive meal plans or trying to fit long extensive workouts into your schedule. All that is required is that you provide your body with the proper nutrition at the right times.
It's very important, when considering any weight loss plan, to somehow bring natural fat burning hormones into the mix. Consider a nutritionally balanced and rich diet versus one that restricts types of foods. You may find that a well balanced diet that provides your body with all the necessary nutrients may be just what you need to lose weight and keep it off.
